1. Return Period

You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

2. Conditions for a Return

A return is only possible if:

• the item is unused, unworn, and undamaged

• the item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories

• proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from the return policy:

• damaged or used goods

• items without original packaging

• gift cards

• hygiene products that have already been opened

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, arrived damaged, or we have sent the wrong product.

6. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the amount using the original method of payment.

This may take up to 10 business days.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.
