Shipping & Orders

Once your order is placed, please contact us at support@seelensein.com as soon as possible if changes are needed. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched or is in transit.

If you realize there is an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@seelensein.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the address. However, if it has already been shipped, changes cannot be made, and you may be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

To return your order, email us at support@seelensein.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when received. We will provide return instructions.

Yes, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use a tracked shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process. Once your return is received by our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. If the product is damaged or incorrect, contact our customer service for assistance with the return.

Yes, to exchange an item for a different size or product, follow the return process. Once your return has been processed, place a new order for the desired item.
